Audio nostalgia....Live's 'Throwing Copper'

I am not sure if in all my years of going to shows, that I have EVER seen a band have less fun than Live. Seriously. Ed K and the boys just couldn't let themselves go...at least at the shows I went to. And Ed never, ever smiled...it's not like they were sullen in that Morrisey kinda way, more like stone faced, like he wasn't enjoying himself. It's funny now, revisiting this record...its pretty serious stuff...I guess they were in it for the whole 'art' thing...who has time for that? Smile Ed...you are a rock star!Throwing Copper was a great record though...

    SatisfiedMind614 says Ha!! I saw that show...minus Collective Soul...in Cincy many moons ago...awful show...just awful! I like the Crows on record, but their 'set' was so short and so disjointed...one of the few times in my life I have been dissapointed by live muisc...but if they are in the 'hood...go for it
