Better to have loved and lost,...

It was a glorious year watching Greg Oden play basketball. I am so happy for him. Because as good of a basketball player as he is, he is even a better guy. It is an honor to be in the same alumni association with this guy.Portland, you really did win the Lottery. Appreciate him...i did...and another toast to people making their dreams come true! And of course a song...oh, and on a personal note, the first time I EVER got drunk was on sloe gin...the smell of the stuff makes me ill to this day

  9. Mike the Knife says Draft notwithstanding (and I'm gonna reserve judgement on Golden State's moves until the season), I think Jack's production of Loretta is actually more musically appealing and emotionally moving to me than most of the White Stripes' output. I know, I know. Blasphemy. Still...

  10. yrralmallik says Enjoyed this tune a lot.Anything by Loretta is fine with me.Just went to Canda Jam and seen Aaron Pritchard,The Road Hammers,Jason Blaine,Prairie Oyster and Corb Lund.Corb Lund was my favorite the only one that came close to sounding like Real Country.I was surprised how many young people were right into his music and were singing right along with him.Traditional Country is more my style.I love New Country as well.Your Mog Bro.~ (;Yrral Mallik;)
