Postcards from a college town

Posted almost 5 years ago
It is an absolutely GORGEOUS day here in the middle of America. Which takes some of the fun out of my impending trek to California, I mean I would much rater leave behind cold and dreary weather, but it will still be a massive upgrade. And on this beautiful day, there are about 50,000 people packed into Ohio Stadium right now watching the Ohio State football team spring practice game...yep, that many people pay $5 to see a scrimmage game. Have I mentioned how this town sort of revolves around Ohio State>Anyway, here is a video for you. This is one of those tunes that I have never been able to forget, and it has nothing to do with the music really. Pretty standard power pop stuff...but I think it's because the bands name is 'Eve's Plumb', which is play on Eve Plumb, who played Jan Brady. For some reason I will never be able to forget this song...maybe its because I have Jan Brady syndrome, you know from being a middle child...any psycho-analysis is welcome
