The reason I wreck my financial self every year to trek out from Ohio to Indio, California is very simple. I live in Ohio. Coachella is kind enough every year to invite bands to play that I would never, ever be able to see if it weren't for a festival. Acts like Daft Punk and the Chemical Brothers and New Order pretty much hit the major markets when they tour the states. And a major market, Columbus is not. This year is no exception...i had given up all hope of ever seeing Crowded House, The Jesus and Mary Chain, and Faithless, but through the modern miracles of credit and air travel...i will be able to see all of them!So a Faithless tune for you non major market people...and treat yourselves to one of the big festivals if you can, tis a great experience.
