  1. mktackabery says Hmm, good stuff. Found three on emusic. The reviewer there say he's been widely compared to Van Morrison; I can see why people make that comparison, although I think he's not quite cut from the same cloth. Interesting. I'll have to download some of this next month. Where did you find him?

Thanks so much Utah...that is too kind, but I only have one more to get...I think...what albums am I missing besides the ones I have listed here?

  6. UtahSpike says I have Tranquil Isolation Here's My Song Soul Rush This Cloud Is Learning May I also highly recommend Saint Thomas - an ex-postman from Norway with a voice not too far from Neil Young and some wonderful lyrics.

  8. shayna says aw Nicolai is great! tho the more music he releases, I feel is a bit hit or miss. Soul Rush and Tranquil Isolation are by far my favorites. Last Night I Dreamt of Mississippi is one of those songs that I could listen to on repeat damn near all day! it's a bit hard to find I think, but he released this trilogy on vinyl that is now on cd....the Vinyl Trilogies. a bunch of it is just abstract craziness, but there are some incredible songs on it as well.

  10. fairportfan says Okay, i can hear something Morrison-ish in there; time to start looking for him, i think. Which leads right back to "*the original post by Sparkylulu*":http://mog.com/Sparkylulu/blog_post/34660, asking where MOGgies find new music, and my own comment (which i also posted as "*a blog post of my own*":http://mog.com/fairportfan/blog_post/34668...). Right here is one of the places i (and my fellow MOGgies, apparently) find new music. Where else do we find it?
