If only my head were a computer monitor...

...I think I could accomplish so much more with my time here on this planet!I guess I have always known this about myself, but last night it sort of crystallized. I was just talking to a female friend about life in general and I get so close mouthed and deflective...i just am not at all comfortable talking about myself. But sit me in front of a keyboard and I will happily bare my deepest and most earnest insecurities. Maybe for the best though...haha...when i do manage to speak, inevitably what I am trying to say comes out in some mangled form of the thought I was trying to express, usually offending when it was attempting to console. If I could literally speak through song lyrics...or just communicate via mix tapes for the rest of my life...i think i would be far better off!!Onward and upward though I say..adapting and learning are the entire points of this futile exercise we call life... some of us just adapt at MUCH slower rates.
