I am in such awe of good songwriters. They make it seem so easy. But have you ever tried to tell a story with emotion and melody in under five minutes? Not so easy at all.I am have been listening to Jens Lekman almost non stop for all of this week. The guy is so gifted when it comes to crafting a song...here is one of my favorite tunes of his...This song really speaks to me too...I had a great friend in college, she was a lesbian..i had to play the part of her boyfriend for an entire holiday weekend one year because she wasn't ready to come out to her family yet...three of the longest, most stressful days of my life!!
