Just got this album, this song is a HIT if it ever gets played once, just a great bizarre pop song and it reminds me of very early Pink Floyd. Anyone who can write tunes as catchy as this and Bricks - and check out the first verse to the latter -

- well, I'm hooked. I do not like this KIND of music, but this band KILLS me. Softly, with their songs, telling surreal life.

Benjimon (and anyone else who's curious) - like I said, it's not my style at all, they're just damn good at it. And if yr curious, the Thrill Jockey site lets you stream every track.
Oh yeah, which is why I don't do many music posts - wanted to use the lyric without grabbing the cd out of my car, started surfing the web, found inaccurate lyrics only, found the Dusted review (hi, Jen), wound up on the Thrill Jockey site buying a Tom Verlaine album and almost buying Human Bell - all good, except I'm writing a novel and that's the time I'm supposed to be doing it.
And actually Jen, I'd expect them to be a lot of fun live, but I remember you posted about them live before I had the album, like most of yr posts I skim it when I don't know the artist, may go back and find that post in the near future.
