WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Also, if one singles out 'Lights' from the early stuff it shines as a beautiful celebration of that sublime semi-miserable atmosphere of walking alone at night in a city after the rain. This ties in with my personal view that if you don't like something that you can't change, LEARN to like it, which I think is the healthy personal response. If you're stuck in misery, romantisise it. And people say Goths pretend to be miserable. It's survival.
