Yup, from Toad's in New Haven, CT. Apparently it's from an open rehersal on 1-12-1990. The sound quality is pretty awful, but there's no doubt about it, that's Dylan singing the Boss. Other tracks of note from the same set include "I've Been All Around This World" and "Congratulations".
And I thought I'd include this pretty little bijou from Charleston Jan. 23, 1994. The reunited Band led by Levon Helm serve up a fine live performance of "Atlantic City", a song I always thought they did best.
