I don't remember writing about The Strokes on this site before, actually I don't remember writing or talking about them at all in the past year, after they decided to fuck things up with FIOE -which in my opinion SUCKED-, and it's sad 'cuz they were my favorite band for so long, well not so long, but they were my favorites for the longest amount of time, and when they decided to get married, make babies, take a hiatus, and leave me with a broken heart, Bright Eyes came with a bunch of band aids, crazy glue, tape, and everything they could think of to pick up the pieces and fix it, and for that I will always be grateful, and the y automatically fill up the empty space... -unless Conor keeps messing up with spiritual shit like the past album- Anyway guys, so, in memoriam of the love that once existed, and the band who "walked" me and my best friend -before she became a hippie- through our silly, funny and exciting teenage years here's the story behind the cover of TII:
