The Jam Spit At The Police

I was not going to post anything tonight, but this caught my eye. Anyone who loves a good feud will enjoy this tidbit I found on musicnews.comFormer Jam hero Paul Weller reportedly spat at a photo of Sting whilst back stage at a charity bash with Oasis man Noel Gallagher earlier this week. He apparently: " marched straight up to [the photo], coughed-up as much phlegm as he could muster and planted it plum in the middle of The Police frontman's head...as he walked away, Weller then snarled: 'Fucking twat". This is the second time Weller has made it clear he's not a fan of the tantric loving Police frontman after having earlier referred to him as a "Fucking horrible man". Ladies and gentleman, thats entertainment.

    Augusts1 says Geezus, I don't care for Sting either but that's a pretty strong reaction to be presenting in public. I've not really been much of a Weller fan either.

    alowishus says Ha ha, i love the british attitude. I don't really know who the Weller guy is, but I know Sting and the Gallagher cat are both pricks. After the spittin incident it seems just like a big asshole fight.

    Dale says This is a bit rich, coming from the guy who dissolved The Jam to perform watered-down soul music as the Style Council, then later in solo form. I think I'll agree with Jonh on this one as well.
