It is Thursday night and time for another round of hip-hop jams. I brought this one out after getting some info on the now defunct group House Of Pain. Everlast has formed another group with Danny Boy, Slaine, Lethal, Big Left, and Kaves. Their new name is La Coka Nostra, and plan on releasing an album sometime this year. I had always liked House of Pain, and the work Everlast did as a solo artist. Needless to say I am interested to see how this is going to sound.     Lord Helmet says Yup--they showed up on VH1's 'White Rapper Show' a few weeks ago. I am a fan of the show m'self--I only have basic cable. I am truly looking forward to the new project.

    Lord Helmet says No, they just come into the house and give some (heavily edited) advice to the weak-sauce wouldbe white MC's. The best one just got knocked-out last weekend (by his own default) so it's not even worth watching from this point. Look for that clip on VH1.com. My prediction... Persia (female rapper) wins it, defeating phony charlatan, John Brown in the finals. Anyone else watch the show? Agree?
