new matchbox twenty at last

its been half a decade since the masterful "More Than You Think You Are", and now finally we have a new matchbox twenty song to obsess over again. its amazing how much i missed this band (and no, the rob thomas solo album wasnt even close to being as good)anyway, the latest song is called "How Far We've Come" and its incredibly good, one of the best songs from them perhaps, and maybe the best song of the year so far. its from a career retrospective disc to be released later this year called "Exile To Mainstream".as disappointed as i am to hear that there wont be a full album this year, there will be four new songs on this disc, including this one, and if this song is any indication, they're going to be awesome. basically, this will make a nice EP for fans who already have the whole collection.anyway, have a listen
