i think andrew futral from the age of rockets is a little french. he doesnt sing it but he has a song called "Pétales Aiment La Saleté" which sounds french. if you can interpret please do so cuz im dying to know what it means. also i was listening to zenima today and shes italian, which is close i guess. if you go to her myspace you might want to turn off the secondary player in her band members section. then listen to "finestre" and "limpida"
