Ha, I didn't see the finish. :( After Stewart crashed out, I decided to take the 45 minute drive back home from my brother's house. I didn't get the TV on right away and the race was over by the time I checked.

if you would have seen the finish....one car beat the other barely by 2/100 of a second as 6 crashed coming across the finish line ,one on it's roof on fire, all at 185 mph for a 1.5 million dollar payday, your sarcasm may change ;p
then again maybe not!

not like i am glued to the screen
back in the day before all the safety stuff then used to flip end over end and if they wrecked backwards it was airborne

I can definitely get into some serious Foghat! Can't remember how many times I heard Slow Ride on the Himalaya ride at the fair when I was a wee bit younger. Cranked out through Peavey loudspeakers!
My bro races the little European twisty-track stuff... gotta love racing, whether you're always turning left or if you're doing turns that grandma couldn't do in her stroller on a slow day... :-)
Hope the PIMP is doin' good these days!

Dayum those videos are nuts.
NO, we don't have NASCAR in B.F. Iowa!
But we have a lot of much cooler things, such as demolition derbies, figure 8s, and mud bogs.

I'm sorry I missed this, it's one of the very few TV events I enjoy watching. I used to drive a taxi for a few years way back when, and often I'd be right there doing the Mario thing :)
