usually i am a fan of an artist i love for LIFE
see METALLICA
but this was the last lp i bought of E.J.
now he's a diva bitch
so it makes it easier for me to shun him
love his 70's work
ALL OF IT
I've got much love for EJ. Saw him in Vegas summer before last...in my top concerts of all time. I can't say I've cared for ALL of the recent stuff, but I'm tolerant. This one is epic though
Nah... I gotta agree with the Pimp.... Rock of the Westies was alright... But "Captain Fantastic" was a landmark album... brilliant from beginning to end... then... a swift drop down the elevator shaft... But this song is pretty good... Thanks!
But of course, there are 50 or so songs of his that I still love that preceded those couple. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm still moved when I hear "Tiny Dancer." (I think it has something to do with the song's perfect use in the film "Almost Famous.")
My Trusted MOGs
Ever since his single I'm Still Standing " I kinda buried him while standing into the ground.

I have a good chunk of his albums from the 70's ... but, I agree, ever since "I’m Still Standing”, he kinda lost it with me.
