WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

My Wife Is The Greatest...

Posted over 2 years ago
So I just turned 40, and my wife tried to do the coolest thing in creation, mind, and matter for me. And that's beyond true love...(Friends)Bright light almost blinding,Black night still there shining,I cant stop, keep on climbing,Looking for what I knew.Had a friend, she once told me,you got a friend, you aint lonely,Now shes gone and left me onlyLooking for what I knew.Mmm, Im telling you now,The greatest thing you ever can do now,Is trade a smile with someone whos blue now,Its very easy just.Met a man on the roadside crying,Without a friend, theres no denying,Youre incomplete, theyll be no findingLooking for what you knew.So anytime somebody needs you,Dont let them down, altho it grieves you,Some day youll need someone like they do,Looking for what you knew.

  7. Anonymous says Yes, the thought is beautiful, and what REALLY counts. She wanted to do something awesome for you. ... Last night a stranger overheard some remarks I made, and mistakenly thought I am currently looking for a job. He told me about one, with great enthusiasm. I DID NOT CORRECT him. I thanked him. (I am thankful for the goodness in his heart.) Yes, it's ALWAYS the thought behind a gesture I should acknowledge, and cherish. Regardless of future outcomes, or any other factor outside of the good in that person's heart, my gratitude is in order. This is a thing I have begun to realize with great clarity, now that I cruise deep into my middle-forties.
