Yea that's true Keith, Duvall's a decent fit IMO. It's some hard shoe's to fill. I heard that they hit up Maynard from Tool, & Pat Lachman Damage Plan for the job when they first reunited. I heard Maynard did a good job.

Jerry is half of the lead vocal's, if they had gotten Maynard, the change would have been as drastic as when Sab got Dio to replace Ozzy. Although I think Layne wipes the floor with Ozzy in the vocal department IMO.
I loved them both---I think it's just a different kind of vocals......Layne's voice was unique, and I lOVED it, but I love Ozzy's too....they are (were) just different, imo
True, they both have great style's.
