i should be writing my conference reports but instead i'm wasting time like a beast with no name. why does every fourth grader love green day? it doesn't matter if the songs are 10 years old, they still love green day. other hits with the fourth grade include queen, smashmouth, FLO RIDA! i have a kid who wears an AC/DC shirt all the time. it kills me. there was a girl last year who wore a ramones shirt. she was pretty awesome. and she played the drums and she had a band with these 2 other girls. the band was called the no-go-its. it consisted of a glockenspiel, drums, and a clarinet. i think one song was called "this is unacceptable"--probably a parody of how i act during class. it was just that phrase repeated over and over.
