Awkward concert

Posted over 5 years ago
Tonight I went to a concert that nine people attended.Justin and I were the only people who saw the WHOLE concert. It was nuts. I don't think I've ever experienced that. I was embarrassed for La Rocca, they went on really early, and there were only 4 people there. I loooove them! However, I barely sang along because I felt like an obsessed psycho already. They ended with "Cambodia", but I asked them to play "Sing Song Sung" and they obliged, because I'm awesome, and because it's less than 3 min long. I was the only person in the audience that really came to see La Rocca, who knew their songs, and has their album. That was even a weirder feeling. I was surprised they didn't play IF You Need the Morning. Actually I was surprised they didn't just play every song they knew, because I definitely would've loved that. They were great. There were two boys who were for the middle band, and after they played, the boys left. When Birdmonster finally got on stage, five people came in.Thus 9 people came to the show. Amazing. Those two boys had said that they bought tickets, which is weird, because I'm certain they were the only two that did... I'm surprised they didn't cancel the show like they did The Films. Though I did keep calling them and asking them if they were going to cancel. The sound guy reminded me of the older brother from the wonder years.I'm fucking knackered. And umm I feel like a part of me died when the tigers lost. or something.

  3. Tony Scalzo says I love La Rocca too. I missed them in ATX when they came but what's the deal? Are my tastes that obscure? They should be all huge but NNNOOOOO! Oh well. Glad you got to see 'em!
