iTunes Coincidental Tendencies as a Revealer of Samples

While listening to the new RjD2 album I bought, which is essentially a mixtape of old funk and soul breaks with lots of hip-hop samples in it, I noticed that my iTunes was on shuffle when, as it has done before, it skipped to the exact song from which the DJ took his sample. It has done this a number of times, but this time amazed me more than ususal, because of how many tracks there are on both the albums "Stand!" and "Your Face or Your Kneecaps". This is very strange to me because it's happened with a number of sample-heavy electronica artists I listen to. I don't know, maybe iTunes has a database for registered samples from certain artists although I doubt it.

hmm i think your itunes is possessed? you listen to all the hip hop i wish i would stop being lazy about checking out, RJD2 being a prime example. recently my brother was nice enough to hook me up with some MF Doom that i'm seriously digging.
Yeah, Doom is really talented, and his beats are like the tightest thing about him. All of his Special Herbs mixes are top qual. I never used to listen to RjD2 until I saw him last week though so no need to fret.
oh so you just seem like the dude who's listened to all that rjd2 goodness forever. haha. cool posts so far dude.
