The Who guitarist Pete Townshend may be writing his own autobiography set for release in 2010, but he's also been reading a lot. On his personal blog (http://www.petetownshend-whohe.blogspot.com/) Townshend posted an eclectic list of books he's recently read. Townshend, a self-described "sucker for crime, the thriller, historical fiction" says he finds most his reading materials "by recommendation, reading reviews, or being sent a publisher's copy." "I stumble on things, Townshend admits,"in bookshops and sometimes buy a book because I like the jacket (as in Carter Beats The Devil."
