The Kooks Bringing Some "Konk" To US

After successfully garnering some attention stateside with thier devut album Inside In/Inside Out, Brighton indie rockers the Kooks will head to the state to preview their sophomore album Konk. Inside In/Inside Out went platinum four times in the UK and peaked at Number Two. In the US the band only sold 100,000 copies of the debut and it only peaked at Number 164 on the Top 200.The two intimate Kooks preview shows for Konk are scheduled for Thursday, February 7th, 2008 at Los Angeles' The Troubadour, and Tuesday February 12th, 2008 at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg.
