
Rivers Cuomo has decided to split his forthcoming CD/book venture into two projects saying vis his MySpace blog he feels "the music and the literary materials will be served if developed and presented separately."Cuomo will first release the music part on December 11th on Geffen Records, which will be a CDs worth of Cuomo's "favorite demos from the years 1992 to 2007." The album will be titled
Alone: The Home Recordings of Rivers Cuomo. "I may also be able to put out more demo CDs in the near future," Cuomo acknowledged.As for the book, that will be coming out much later. How long do the fans have to wait. Cuomo wasn't really specific about that, "a year? Two years? Three years? I don't know." He did whoever reveal that, "It's going to be very cool, though. I'm digging what I've already got (nearly 400 pages) and I'm enjoying the process of writing and researching." All those years at Harvard finally are paying off. Cuomo also admitted that Weezer developments are "extremely great." But that was it on the topic of Weezer.
