MIKE, STEVE AND W.B. YEATS AT NATIONAL LIBRARY, DUBLIN

Mike Scott will give a reading from the poetry of WB Yeats at the National Library of Ireland, Kildare St, Dublin, on Tuesday 30th June at 7.30pm as part of the Summer's Wreath festival celebrating the 70th anniversary of Yeats' death. Steve Wickham will be on hand to play fiddle and the two will also give a preview of some of the musical arrangements of Yeats' poems they are busy concocting for a special project that will be announced soon. Tickets are free but limited and must be pre-booked (available now) from: 00353 1 603 0277 or by email from yeats@nli.ie Other events in the festival include readings by Bob Geldof (June 19th) and Edna O'Brien (June 23rd).
