Data's Daughter

The inspiration for the song "Remember Now" on our CD "The Emerald Way" was a Star Trek: The Next Generation episode called "The Offspring". Data (an android) creates a "child" for himself which he names Lal (in the Hindi language, Lal means "Beloved"). Lal eventually dies in Data's arms, remembering and retelling the precious moments she has lived.
