Oh funk yeah!! This is my favorite old school jam right now. The Brides Of Funkenstein, one of the female soul/funk groups that spawned from Parliament Funkadelic in the late 70s recorded for Atlantic from 1978 to 1980. The members were Taka Boom(Chaka Khan's sister), Lynn Mabry and Dawn Silva. The single "Disco to Go" was number seven on the R&B charts in 1978. "Disco To Go" was certified gold in America and reached platinum status in Europe and Asia. The duo became the opening act fixture of the P-Funk road shows; as well as performing with Parliament Funkadelic. I swear yall, I never get tired of playin this song. If you cant move to this, you have no soul.
