Brainiac toured like nobody's business, and were always coming through Athens, Ohio when I was in college. But in Spring of '97 singer Tim Taylor died in a car accident. This song was my goodbye. really it was the only rock song off of the Jim O'Rourke(!) produced EP that was mostly electronic. I personally loved the raw and strangely funky stuff off of the ...Prigs, so this song was all I had to embrace and wonder what could have been.It's a good tune, and listen for the drop out of the drums for a surprise. Oh yeah, John Schmersal went on to form Enon after the tragedy.
