  1. Anna says Thank you, Neill!!!! I have a dirty place in my heart for them...... I got so close to seeing them and These New Puritans (indie rock gasm...) at Normandy when I was in Paris....but they cancelled because of a sold out show in London and an appearance at Jools Holland...so I didn't want to make that trip just for one band. They owe me a good show!......

  6. 1234chainsaw says These guys are not too bad, although I've yet to be totally sold on them. Too many grating oh-oh's in vocal lines. Of the new Glaswegian bands of late, I think I like We Are The Physics better (if you'll allow a comparison across genre lines).

  7. Bartleby says Are we on a proselytising program for Glasgow today? Anna also offered a couple of local flavours somewhere... My friend Géraldine will be glad to hear that she's now joined the club of the Caroline, Candy etc.

  8. mktackabery says It's probably my age or something, but I'm more on the Glasvegas side than the Physics' version of Glasgow. The punk edge doesn't impress me so much I guess. These boys seem a more melancholy, which may be why I respond to them.

  9. Charley Rogulewski says dig the band.
