apparently, my hankering for electric guitar sounds continues, which is okay because there's nothing quite like an electric guitar in the hands of a master (male or female). I listened to a whole lotta music last night (when Mozilla crashed and I couldn't post) and today at work, but this selection is the one that stuck with me. Frank Zappa, gone way way too soon.

I loved/love his voice, too. There's just no justice - if anyone should have lived to enjoy a really dirty old-man-hood, it was Zappa.
Frank was an original. Unique in the true sense of the oft-misused word. Love this.
Frank brings me back to my freshman year of college when a guy who lived on my floor listened to him. He was a bit of an oddball, but then again so was Frank. I still talk to the guy, and still listen to this mans music when I get a chance
The entire Hot Rats album is a masterpiece. One of the things I particularly love is his guitar tone; one of the best I've ever heard.
