Actually it's Macca and a producer/remixer Youth. New CD coming in November. This is the first Fireman CD with vocal and a harder rock sound- at least on this track. This has been described as Arcade Fire meets Led Zeppelin. Each track was recorded in thirteen days over the period of nearly a year. This song is being called a Heather Mills attack song. Don't know what stage the divorce was in at this recording time, but the tone of the track gives you a clue.
I hear some Helter Skelter and Bullet The Blue Sky in this track. Who knows how diverse the whole project will sound, but this is pretty raw, rockin and emotionaly charged.
The track was previewed on the BBC. Have a listen.

Interesting. I own the first Fireman CD. I think I even paid for it, which was a mistake. But this sounds pretty good. If the rest is as good (and if Macca sings on most of it) I might have to reconsider my lack of interest!
Yeah, I never got into the 1st 2 CDs, since they were just electronic and ambient. But he may be mixing it up a bit on this CD and using it to vent a lot of his recent personal difficulties. Should be interesting...
