I still haven't quite understood the Wilco infatuation
I've listened to everything they have done and well, it's ok, but it certainly is not gripping.
I've watched video, and I come to the realization that their following probably comes from here... they are certainly much more compelling live
But of courxe this is a Blue Rodeo post and to be honest I like it better than any Wilco stuff I've heard

i was lucky enough to meet Jim and Greg in NY around 1981 or so when my roommate Al Kash was their drummer in Fly to France. They also did some recording with other friends of mine, a New Zealand/New York band called the Drongoes who were also great. when they formed Blue Rodeo, I became an instant fan. it's great to see them get some respect on Mog!
