As a compliment to inrumford's recent Abbey Road Beatles posts, I thought I'd share a podcast of the Beatles Abbey Road Rooftop rehersals that I recently came across.
They are heard doing various takes of 5 tracks. This is in raw, but excellent, STEREO quality. All you Beatles collectors will want this download if you don't already have it. It's about 37 minutes long. To sample it, click the Red Button and Enjoy hearing the beatles fleshing out some great tunes.

I agree. Seems they have some pretty good masters they could sweeten and put out there!
Agreed. This really is like the Holy Grail of uncovered material for us Beatle Die hards. Let it Be, and all the miles of tape both video and audio, has been the one thing that we have all been waiting for in terms of a "proper release". If you have seen Anthology, you know that there is great stuff available and it should really get put together now. Too much time has passed for this to still be an issue.
