Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo are best known as the Neptunes, the production team who distinguished themselves with their unique, eclectic work for Jay-Z, Kelis, Britney Spears, Mystikal, and a host of others. N.E.R.D. is Williams and Hugo's side project (and an enormously successful one, at that), where they combine a wide array of influences (rock, hip-hop, electronica, R&B), moving from the confines of the studio to a band/performance-oriented format.

This video is like a slightly altered, half-as-enjoyable version of "Lapdance" with a higher budget. There was a lot of hype leading up to this, but the final product just doesn't deliver in my opinion. Check it out and see for yourself.

Although their new single "Everybody Nose" is takin off (and will have a video soon), I believe "Spaz" is a much better song. Their new album "Seeing Sounds" will be released on June 10th, about one month from now.

According to Pharrell Williams and the rest of the crew, we should all expect the unexpected from NERD 's new album "Seeing Sounds". Skateboard P is looking to demolish the lines that designate their music to any specific genre and take fans on an "emotional rollercoaster". N.E.R.D. has been in the studio working on a follow up to their 2004 album Fly Or Die. Pharrell Williams spoke with NME and filled them in on the progress of the new disc, "We're almost done with the album -- we're like one song away," said Williams. "We plan to release it next March or April." The only description he gave of the new material was "it goes back to what we do" and "It also has a lot to do with pretty girls."

I am at my school's library right now listening to someone else music. itunes lets you listen to other people's library on the same network. So I am listening to Justin's music and I do not know who Justin is. Justin listens to Death cab to Jay-z. Justin has the few rap songs I like. What I have learned about Justin is he likes the A's, rap, sport, popular music, and The Office (who doesn’t). I am wondering if someone else is listening to my music right know. Thank you Justin...
