That would be Liz Fraser from Cocteau Twins, in case you didn't know. :)
This new Ladytron album is making me very very happy indeed. It might not be the revelation that Witching Hour was, but it still shows them at the top of their electro-fueled powers.
The tagged song above makes me even wonder, what if Liz Fraser wasn't in fact singing glossolalia at all, but was actually speaking Bulgarian, As Mira Aroyo does here? Hmmm.
