Recently a man who 'leaked' nine track from the much hyped Guns N' Roses album Chinese Democracy, who claims he received it from an "anonymous online source," may be facing serious legal trouble. A security guard at a Guns 'N Roses concert is suing the band and lead singer Axl Rose claiming that Rose kicked him in the head while on stage in 1996.
