There is so much punk out there that I certainly don't claim to know it all, but Fugazi's The Argument has to be one of the more soulful punk records ever. I was not a big fan of Fugazi before it came out, but it has remained a staple for "those moods" ever since. They obviously rock, being the wise hardcore elders that they are.
