Goodbye - the spice girls I always forget that I live 5 minutes from one of the east coasts best nature preserves and 25 mile long strand of some of Americas most beautiful beach front. For serious Depeche Mode fans: Here's an extended mix I made of Damaged People (off Playing The Angel), using the free editing software Audacity. I'm surprised myself at how well it turned out actually.

The Broken Frame album is kind of a mixed bag. This song here for instance, even at the age of 14 I wasn't sure if I found it silly or not. Now I'm older and wiser and I simply went and decided that it is a perfectly o.k. song. Some trivial things need to be said, too. I have a live version of this on vinyl, too... on this weird little series of 12-inches with a 45 and a 33 side. Northern Greece just got its internet back. Half a day without it and my hands are trembling, can you spell withdrawal symptoms? Brrrr.Anyway. This is for the one that fancies New Wave Wednesdays, but won't actively experience this one. I picked the official video and not a live one, 'cause combined with the song it's humorous, sarcastic and bitter at the same time; I'm sure he'll get the sentiment properly.
