Heh, my first post with my new name :) Anyway.....I heard on the radio today that Travis Meeks and Days of the New are back in the studio and plan to release an album called "Purple" sometime next year. I really like Days of the New and after I saw Travis on A&E's Intervention battling meth, I wasn't sure we'd ever hear another word out of him. But apparently he's clean and sober these days and recording new music. That meth is a killer, I wish all the good musicians ... MORE

Fellow MOGger, Terry Staunton made me remember some other things about music, when I was a kid. There were some songs, at the time, that scared the crap out of me. It was the way the songs sounded that used to creeped me out, along with some visuals, that didn't help in any way. I was about 5....maybe 6 and I was living in Florida at the time. My friend Justin and I spent close to a month searching for the name of this song and/or the person who sang it. All we knew were the lyrics; I've got this time on my hands and I've finally found a reason. Not too much to go off of, and was hard as fuck for us.
