Cannonball Adderley will always be known for his work with Miles Davis in the late 1950s (he's the alto sax player on "Kind of Blue) and for the bands he led before and after that with his brother, trumpeter and cornetist Nat Adderley. Nat wrote "Work Song", which they play here. This was a big hit for them, and was played by many other jazz, R&B, and pop bands.
