Delightful distraction! Have been enjoying my perusal of other moggers' pages, as well as the mog-o-sphere, and have already had that heady moment when finding something which appeals.Enter Futuro. (yeah, sorry Manos. their website is down)I cannot yet put my finger on what I like about this band. The tunes are catchy, carry good harmony and make me want to bounce around. Just plain fun. In some ways, they remind me of old Bad Religion. Bonus, that! Their first track - Exit Sign - boasts that good, grinding guitar which infuses the song with intensity and push. I'm sure there are newer groups who could be cited as comparable, but I'm at a loss to mention any. So, look into Futuro. You may see yourself purchasing an new album.
