The family of The Notorious B.I.G has filed a new suit against the city of Los Angeles and two dirty cops this monday. The Suit names former officers Raphael Perez and Nino Durden as prominent roleplayers in the rappers death. The suit claims Perez was gang related, and affilated with Suge Knight's Death Row Records at the time biggie was killed. It is sai that Perez also “made specific statements that he, together with David Mack, conspired to murder and participated in the murder of Christopher Wallace.”

Perez and Mack were both arrested during the rampart police scandal in the late 90s, and Mack is currently incarcerated on armed robbery charges. The family estimates damages could be in the hundreds of millions.
