Duke University paid T.I $70,000 and doesn't think he lived up to the contract.

The Rapper was scheduled to perform at the schooles Cameron Rocks! concert this weekend, but he showed up late, and only performed for 40 minutes before leaving. DUU President Katelyn Donnelly stated T.I's contract required him to perform at least 60 minutes, and they are exploring legal options available to them.
