Alicia Keys is the latest on the carousel of artists rumored to sing the title song of the next James Bond film. Previously, Beyonce, Duffy, and Duran Duran were allegedly tied to the film. Amy Winehouse came closest to securing the deal, but her drug problems and bizarre behavior sealed her fate in regards to Bond.
According to E! Entertainment, Ms. Keys is the frontrunner for the position in the eyes of the producers. Alicia has hinted at an early retirement lately so singing the Bond film might be a nice feather to put in her cap before she leaves.
The new Bond film "Quantum Of Solace" hits theaters this November with Daniel Craig reprising his role as agent 007.
