The Beastie Boys are looking to secure a few artists to lay vocals over their last instrumental album The Mix-UP. Adam "MCA" Yauch recently spilled a few details about what the guys have in store, "[we
ve been] talking to some different artists who might do kinda like remixes and put vocals on it, so it wouldn't be us doing vocals on it. It would be kind of like a different version of the album, with a bunch of people guesting on it."

Yauch tells Billboard Lily Allen, M.I.A. and Pulp's Jarvis Cocker are being considered for the project, "a bunch of British people, It'll be interesting to see what they do with the stuff." In addition to adding vocals to the project, the guys are also interested in producing more visuals for the album.
"We've been traveling with a Super 8 camera," he reports, "and a lot of times we'll just make something. While we were in Singapore we filmed stuff, and in Australia and different places. We're talking about cutting it together into a full-length film that kinda goes the length of the album."
After the tour ends later this month, the guys plan to get back into the studio . Yauch is also working on a documentary following high school athletes who dream to make it into the NBA.
