At the end of R. Kelly's new video for "I'm A Flirt" , a phone number appeared, but it was unclear as to what the digits were for. According to R. Kelly's official website, fans can call the number and get snippets of new tracks on his upcoming album "Double Up" (no additional fees or tolls have been mentioned).
