Radio giant Howard Stern plans to put together a new version of the classic teen movie "Rock 'N Roll High School". Stern has often professed a fondness for the 1979 film on his radio show and will produce the remake while Alex Winter writes the screenplay.
In case you need a refresher, Rock N Roll High School, IMDB summarizes it as "A group of rock-music-loving students, with the help of the Ramones, take over their school to combat its newly installed oppressive administration"
If this isn't yor cup of tea, Stern is also filming a remake of "Porky's", which will possibly go into production just a few months from now.

I was reading the other day that he bought the rights to remake Porky's too.
