Hip hop's ultimate stoner is back with "High Y'all Doin", in this web video Devin talks briefly about the new album. He says the LP should be out in September but has a hard time remembering how far that is away from now. Ever the resourceful rapper, Devin turns to his newborn marijuana plants for accurate timekeeping. He says by the time the plants are mature enough to smoke... he should be mixing his album by then.

That should be a good cd. Devin played at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz on 4.20.2008, and that day at the the UC campus was a bit rediculous. They stopped all public transit from entering or leaving the school. He's a true savage for taking on the responsability of playing that night in town though.
My prediction what two themes will be covered in the whole album. Getting high and getting laid.
