Wayne is following in the footsteps of Nas and choosing a childhood photo as the cover of his new album "The Carter III". While Nas took a more traditional approach, Wayne's baby picture is digitally altered with tattooed tears and bling. Is he putting a twist on Nas' concept, or just plain ole biting?
